Default Gut loading mealworms with cuttlebones and hikari pallets?

Hi Folks
May i ask anyone here Gut load mealworms before feeding?
what do you guys normally gut load mealworms with?
i am currently gut loading mealworms with cuttlebones(calcium) and hikari pallets(beta carotene & Astaxanthin)+ Zoomed aquatic turtle pallets(vitamin D3)
how effective is gut loading mealworms or is just a myth?

seems like gut loading is valid method to ensure proper vitamins and nutrients
