Exclamation Sick lotl please help

My wildtype axie has been floating for about 2-3 weeks and I don't know if he's popping. His coloring is changing and he in general is getting lighter in color. I'm really worried. I don't know if I should feed him or not. His substrate is play sand and the other axie that is in his tank is fine. HELP!!!!

Have you checked the water parameters and the temperature in the tank? If not you need to do this straight away as water quality issues could be the cause. If hes constipated fridging may help and alleviate any frustration from the constant floating, just make sure the water in the tub is shallow enough so he is covered but his feet can still remain on the bottom.
