Default Axolotl health

Hey guys! This is my first post on here! Iíve always found it helpful I just donít know why Iíve never joined until now. I have attached a few pictures of my axies gills, heís young (3-6) months and his gills look fluffy but are sticking straight up and causing some concern. Parameters are all good. Temp is good. I keep 2 axies in a 20 long with a hob and a sponge filter. Also, does it look like I have enough hides? Thanks a lot guys! Iím excited to get started here!

The gills look fine to me! It's when they are curled forward that it is a sign of stress. Your tank is really pretty, and super clean! As long as there is at least one hide per axolotl it's the right amount :)
