Dwarf axolotl?

Hello! I purchased my wild type axolotl a couple months ago from my LFS, and at that point he was already ~5 inches. I was thinking he looked kind of chubby but after reading some of the other posts I think he/she may be a dwarf but wanted to get a second opinion!

Looks normal in the body but short in the tail. So yes, a type of dwarf.

yep its a dwarf! although I do not keep Dwarfs myself I have always liked how their tail is short compared to their bodies.
