Default Identification Help

This was on my patio. It has been very cold for the past couple of weeks but we had some warmer weather the past couple of days with a warm rain last night. I wonder if it woke this guy up out of hibernation. We get a lot of skinks but this looks different. Maybe it's just a juvenile though.
