I just received six of the cuttiest and most unbelievable critters in this or other worlds hehehe

They are all (6) perfectly well, 4 of them have already eaten. The thinnest one took 5 pieces of earthworm..it was in rage haha

I just can´t believe it...i´ve been wanting them since i was a kid....and i finally have them here...with me...
I´ll post pics soon

like them?? i adore them!!!
Thank you so much for them..and for all the advice!
They are looking great, 3 of them have a full belly and the other three are thinner but they have eaten, so it´s just a matter of time for them to eat more hehe.
I spend hours in front of them..

Thanx again Ian for all you have done, and thanx to this site, i would have never got them without the opportunities this site brings.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
