Twinx Has got a lump as you can see... i really dont know what to do!! could someone please give me advise please ... thanks !!

you should really post this in the "sick axie" forum to get help

Its hard to tell the photo is rather fuzzy, but I reckon your axolotl has swallowed one of those glass like pebbles. A few days in the fridge may help your axie to pass it.

I'd agree with Becky; he could have swallowed a pebble. They are really too small and should be replaced with sand or a bare floor. Hopefully he'll pass it in the fridge, but there's nothing else you can do about it, other than prevent it happening again. Good luck with him.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
