If it's full grown, then it's most likely a female judging by the lack of nuptial pads on the upper arms.
 
It doesn't look like an adult - what length is it?

From body and tail shape I would say female too. If it's juvenile you'll have to wait a bit longer to be sure.
 
ok the length is 6 inches and a bit.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation
