Hi guys,

What do you think an appropriate size difference is for young salamanders living together? Say, if one is 20 grams, what's the biggest its cagemate could be?

Are superworms an acceptable full-time diet for them?

Superworms are not an acceptable full-time diet - ok for an occasional snack. They have a hard exoskeleton that has the potential to cause impaction and they can bite (best to de-head before feeding) and they have a poor calcium to phosphorus ratio. The perfect food is earthworm/nightcrawler, chopped into bite-size pieces for small sals. See these articles on food sources:

Regarding size, try to keep them reasonably matched to avoid problems...and of the same species.
