Do any of our California members know of any good places to go feidl herping close to Sacracmento. My field herping trip was a bust(I had a fever/flu) last weekend and I don't have vacation days to take any long trips like that again. My kids were disappointed. We spent about 45 minutes in the field before I had to pack it in.
If you California peeps know anywhere within a relatively close distance to Sacramento please send me a private message so that the herp poachers that may troll this site don't find any good spots.
Thank you. I only have been to the pacific north coast for field herping and that is at least 5 to 6 hours from my home. So something a lot closer would be nice.
