was a t-shirt available for purchase?

The good folks at Turtle Arts T-shirt store have branched out into the newt world :]

This is available in mens, womens, tees, long-sleeves, and even a hoodie! I know this my interest a lot of you, so I'll just leave this here. I for one will be acquiring a shirt and a hoodie.

They are accepting pre-orders at this time. I'm told shipping will be a little more to the US, but I know I simply must have this.. so this will be a christmas present to myself!

Pre-order closing date is 14th of January 2014. January 15th the order will be placed with the printshop.

PS- I'm told a Neurergus design is already in the works. :D

Carry on..

(mods- feel free to move to FS:USA / FS: UK, I am unsure where this scenario fits exactly)

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
