I have never heard of a two headed axie, but in other species they don't usually live for long. :/

I think I have seen this maybe once before, but the larvae did not survive long. Please do keep us posted :)
Out of interest, roughly out of interest, how old are the parents?

Pretty neat. I do know of a bearded dragon that lived for quite a long time with two heads. not any axolotl though.

I've had several show up before too, but they have never survived to the hatching stage.
