During this hike in the Eastern Alps (the Rax mountain in Lower Austria, to be precise), it was raining all day. Though I felt a little bit wet and cold after a few hours, it was a great opportunity to see huge numbers of black Alpine Salamanders (Salamandra atra) coming out.
