Baby- unsure of gender and my youngest

I got this little one -nick named 'Baby'- end of jan/early feb 2014 at 9.5cm long.
Very alert and always up for eating and biting me in the process
When i got Baby was missing a gill/thing - its slowly coming back so Baby only has 5 but still looks very cute :)
