What is that on the left? A filter? Is that your airline tubing rubberbanded to rocks? Sorry for all the questions I'm just trying to better understand your set up.

Our Nursery consists of a power filter inside an inverted flowerpot with extra screening so we don't suck up the little fellows. The tube coming out of the pot supplies water across the top of the tank. This way we get water flow with very little current. The airlines across the other side of the tank help with aeration and yes, they are rubberbanded to rocks to keep them in place. As assumed, there are no airstones; just slow bubbles for air.
