This is my new axolotl, I have been told he is a male but i thought i might post some pictures so you guys can have a look and confirm it for me XD. The first one is of his clocoa(I think thats what its called), the second is an overhead and last is him with my female(no this one for sure cause she has laid eggs XD). Also just wanted to know if males are usually smaller than males? Thanks for looking :) Also he dosnt have a name yet so if you have any suggestions please let me know :)

hi ya duck yeh he is defently a boy he has a package behind him that looks like swallon lump this indercates its a male.

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
