They are fighting over a piece of worm that they both bit.

No...but I'm hoping they'll be the parents of cb-s. They are a recent acquisition. They came with a couple small sores, but I got them to heal with info from CC. They are doing great now, hand feeding with gusto. I thought, with my good luck with T.v., maybe I could contribute to the cb-ing of T.k. It would be great to flood the market with cb T.k.s in addition to the T.v.s I've already managed to provide!
So cross your fingers for me.

Wow! How long were they fighting over the worm? How did it resolve? Was there any aggression afterwards?

I have seen my juvie P. chinensis look at worms that others are eating very curiously but fortunately none have been bold enough to try to grab the other end!

that's really funny:D I was thinking about getting a couple of them from one of the pet stores in the area, but when I got around to getting them they were gone T_T. how long have you had this type of croc newts?

Sorry, I missed your post! I just recently got them, a couple months now, they are imports but I hope they will breed someday. Here's today's picture of them, they knew it was feeding time and they were waiting for me, I guess!

p.s. I resolved the issue with a scissor.
