Hi Everyone!
I am new to this community in the sense that I just joined today but I am not new new to the site. I have one 4 year old Cynops orientalis, 10 one year olds and currently 37 newly hatched! I do not know anyone else how has Chinese Fire Bellied Newts so this site has been invaluable to me. So first up a big THANK YOU from me for all the excellent advice and information that has been shared on this site.
The photo is of my four year old who is named Isaac (she was named before we knew she was a girl!). The first time I saw her laying an egg, I thought there was something very wrong with her - she was on her back near the bottom of the tank. I had no idea but I have learned a lot about newts very quickly! In time I hope to be able to pass on what I have learned and share with others.
