It's not a Cuban. It's either a Hyla or an unreported introduced treefrog. It doesn't match Pseudacris or Osteopilus however.
Also doesn't match Hyla cinerea, Hyla versicolor, Hyla chrysoscelis, H.andersonii, or H.femoralis. That leaves H.avivoca, H.squirella, and H.gratiosa as known Florida hylids with distinct toepads. Of those three, a non-green H.gratiosa seems closest.
