Unofficial 2015 calendar competition!

Well, not really a competition, more like "post you favorite herp photos of the year on this thread" kind of a thing.
So, if you post your favorite amphibian photos ( Anura included? ) of the year on this thread people can use them to make their own calendars. The photos should be your own, not owned by someone else. I will post eight photos, because that is how many attachments are allowed in a post. But if I can't decide on my favorite eight I might post more later.

What do you guys think about including Anura ( frogs and toads )? I think it might be fun to include them, but I will let you guys decide.

( Optional ) It might also be useful to include the species depicted, if it is a male or female, and what their name is ( in the case of a captive ).

So here are my favorites of the year.

1. Ambystoma gracile juvenile.
2. Ambystoma gracile adult male #1
3. Ambystoma gracile adult male #2
4. Ensatina eschscholtzii oregonensis adult, gender unknown.
5. Taricha granulosa juvenile.
6. Taricha granulosa adult female, Mary.
7. Taricha granulosa adult female.
8. Ensatina eschscholtzii oregonensis juvenile.

There are a few more that I will probably post later, especially if you guys decide to include Anura.

I say no frogs. THen again, if it's your own choice of pics, it probably doesn't matter.

I agree with Otterwoman, Keep it caudata. You could always do a separate frog calendar.

Why doesn't it surprise me you don't want frogs.....maybe its because you once said "Once again, frogs are giving me nightmares." Or perhaps because you plainly stated that you want all frogs destroyed.

Yes, yes I know about you're hatred for frogs.....

On a more serious note, since this is Caudata.orgI suppose Anurans would be a bit out of place, even if they do have their own section.

Yes, I say keep it caudates. And I love those photos Seth!

Now, most people already understand this I'm sure, but we should still say: Although we can make our own calendars using these photos, we most certainly cannot sell them. Only personal use, guys!

I am not ashamed to admit that I am more than a little obsessed with my beautiful, strange, hypnotic typhlonectes natans.

Here is one wrapping itself around and around a plant which is left roots-up, to shed his skin. They scrape themselves like this after every meal, no matter how small.

Well, here are some of my favourite snaps and surprise, surprise, they're all pictures of my pyrrhos. I can't help it, they just seem to like clowning around for the camera!

Would it be possible for everyone to vote for their favourite twelve pictures? That way it would be self judging and we would end up with our virtual bootleg Caudata calender!
