Hello,
I am new here but not new to newts
. I am coming from Slovenia and I have 7 fire belly newts; they have entertain me for 9 years.I hope they will do that in the future too. They was healthy...but now one of them has health issues...So, I searched and found this site. Really nice, full of info. Here we don't have vets specialized in newts. Two of them I called didn't even know what kind of animal that is...And one I viseted today didn't care about Bine (name of my ill newt)...even thou she said the tail has to be amputated she told me she doesn't have time...and when I said I will have to do amputation myself she just gave me all the madicines (antibiotics) and scalpels and said Good luck....
So, that's it for now.
