Which is the best food for tiger salamanders?

Hello everyone, Im planing to get a tiger salamander and Im wondering wich feeder invert is best for this species, dubia roaches? earthworms? crickets?

All of the invertebrates you mentioned are good feeders. It's always better to feed a variety.
If you want your insects to have beta carotene, feed them carrots, squash, and other vegetables that contain it.

I've been feeding mine dusted gutloaded crickets almost exclusively for about a decade. If I had more time I would hand feed them nightcrawlers.

I feel mine the same some times mealworms but I. Not to judge unless you feed it raw pork slices

Tiger salamanders have a healthy appetite. But they should not be overfed, as they will become obese. The larva eat aquatic invertebrates, such as brine shrimp, insects, small fish, and worms. Adults eat a selection of feeder insects, such as crickets, earthworms, and wax worms.

The issue I've had with feeding tiger sals is that mine completely refused anything that wasn't alive. Yours might be different, but in my experience live is always a better option.

Mine are like little dump trucks. They eat everything. One time we left the mealworms out for too long we were out of crickets the mealworms became beetles. They ate
