Hi! I keep a female leucy axolotl, named Bindi. I love reptiles and amphibians, but an axolotl was a compromise since my mom hates snakes with a fierce passion
She’s my first aquatic animal, and even though we’ve had a small issue when she got a ammonia burn, she’s done great and recovered quickly thanks to her amazing breeder, Northern Axolotls, who helped me with this. I hope everyone’s axolotls are doing well, and everyone is managing to keep their tanks cool in this heatwave!
