    Hello!

    Hi y'all, My name is Suz and I am from PA, USA. I have one wild-type axolotl that I adopted from our school's research lab, I have had him for about a year. I am a college student so I am working on a pretty tight budget but he seems to be thriving, his name is Axel btw, like Guns and Roses. -Suz

    with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation
