Experiences with multiple salamanders in same tank

So there's no problem here but just curious for those of you with multiple salamanders in the same enclosure... What's their behavior usually like with one another? Do they tend to just keep to themselves or do you notice any play/interactions with each other? I have two blue spotted...

    Help with new spotted Salamander

I haven't seen my blue spotted rascals eat in months but they are both strong with big portly bellies so I know they are eatin' something! Your salamander might just be shy. You've gotten some good advice about a few little enclosure modifications above, but overall it sounds like you're doing...

Simple Question :), Feeding For Tiger/Spotted salamander

I have two blue spotted sallies that are on earthworms exclusively and seem to be chubby and happy. Other options you can try are waxworks, crickets, hornworms. Variety is best but mine don't care for any of those. Stay away from mealworms. They are technically "okay" but not very nutritious.

Sassy the blue spotted sassy salamander

Actually no, they are only listed as a species of special concern but with the declining population it's obviously important to leave them undisturbed in nature when possible. So I have some guilt despite how much joy she brings me.

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
