although you say all parameters are good, what are they ie.. temperature, ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, plus kh and gh if possible.
what chemicals are used ie.. dechlorinator etc..
what if any salts/minerals used.
any unusual behaviour.
it is better to have your axolotl housed in a very low salinity rather than using salt baths, salt baths can be stressful due to the high levels where as low salt levels are beneficial.
due to the colour of your axolotl and the colour in the gill areas it doesn't look like fungus and could just be pigmentation showing due to resting blood flow.
