Air bubbles

Sometimes when my newts (CFB) enter the water, air bubbles are attached to them. I don't think I have read anything about this, but whats up with that?

I wouldn't worry about that.When a newt stays for a while out of water his skin tends to dry up a little.That's why when he goes back to water little air bubbles are attached to them.Once the skin gets used to water they will disappear.
