My understanding is that albino axolotls are much more sensitive to light than 'normal' ones.

So, is there anything I should especially take care of with regards to lighting and what are the risks if they are subject to artificial lighting all day long, at the end of the day will they become blind and all die off because of it ?

Just try and do usual things Andre:
Dimmer switch/gear
Shorter tubes than recceomended for fish tank
Use a timer to give them time-out
Puts plenty of caves and hidy spaces
Floating weed is good at causing a screen

I had a white albino male who just couldn't tolerate light at all. He would panic when they came on quit feeding while they were on. He just wouldn't adjust so I ended up taking the lights off the tank so the clear top would let in normal room lighting. He did great in room lighting.

I have had others who really didn't seem to mind the lights much at all.
