Alpine newts going aquatic

Hello, I’ve got 7 alpine newts, 3 that are a year old and fully aquatic, abd 4 that are 2 years old and semi aquatic, spending a decent amount of time on land, if I wanted to move them all to an fully aquatic situation, could I move the 4 straight over ? They are confident in the water and happy dive abd will eat in the water

Yes, just put them in a tank with some floating cork. I never take my alpines out of the water and raise them completely aquatic.
