Question: Alpine newts in community tank?

Hello,

I have a 20 gallon fish tank with three kuhli loaches one pleco and a keyhole Cichlid. could they live together with an alpine newt?

I'm afraid not. generally speaking mixing newts and fish is a very bad idea. The mix you suggested is an especially problematic because those are all tropical fish that need temperatures far higher than Alpine newts can tolerate.
I have seen newts kept with small cold water fish like white cloud minnows or shiners and most shrimp species can do well in newt tanks, but the newts do seem to pick one off for lunch from time to time.
