PLEASE can some people tell me how much ammonia can kill your axolotl. I have some people saying even 1ppm while others say up to 3. What is it?

I'd imagine that 1 ppm could kill a baby axie, but it's certainly not good for adults either. Long term exposure of 1 ppm could probably kill an adult.

It also depends on your ph levels. If your ph is lower (I.e 7.5 and under) your looking at about 1.5 NH4 being very harmful
Where as a ph above 7.6 is gonna be very harmful if the NH4 gets to around 0.8 -1

If my ammonia is 1 and my ph is 7.2 is that harmful

That's close to being harmful, if it were me I'd do a 50% water change to bring it down.

I have ph increaser and decreaser if I should use them, which one should I use?

I decided to put him in a seperate container for the night. Is that a good idea?
