Another little question

Im going to get some plants for the new tank soon and have a bit of a silly question!!!

can i put what ever plants i get in little pots rather than trying to grow them on bits of bogwood and in the substrate?

just wondering from a cleaning point of view?? we all know how messy axis can be lol

Hi Orangebud,

I see no problems with that as long as the substrate in the pot is well maintained and the axie doesnt eat it the plant should be fine.

My axolotl nibbles my java moss but then doesnt eat it...

I get bits floating everywhere and have to get rid of the peices twice a day but the moss grows faster than he can nibble it lol.
