Any ideas?

I lost thing 2 to a possible red leg last week. Now Thing 1 has spots. We didn’t take a chance and started him up on antibiotics. Red leg or something else? Yes my water parameters are on point tank cycled have him since march.

Do you have any idea of what it is

by the looks of it I'd say it's a bacterial infection, without a biopsy being performed identification wouldn't be possible,
