I found this pic on a website about animals. Is this what happens when there is not enough woodland for terrestrial red efts to live? Will they just be aquatic?

I deleted the photo. It is illegal to post a photo from another website without permission. Can you please just post the link to the website where you found it instead?

Regarding the newt shown, it's hard to say if it's really still an eft or not. The color balance of the photo may be deceiving.
