Are my Axies stressed?

So they act completely normal, but I read in another post that if the gills are kind of pointing forward then they are stressed, is this true? It might just be the filter but they're not on the level at it so it seems unlikely

Forward gills are usually a sign of stress in younger axolotls, I've been told. Sometimes my axolotls gills will turn forward for no reason at all. Water good, temps good, nice and healthy looking.

If it's from the filter or flow, try lessening the output of water.
