Are these freckles or a sick lotl?!

Hi there!
My 7 month old leucistic has developed small markings on his face. I know that they can sometimes have freckles but these are new they developed recently so I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fungus or something scarier than a few cute little spots.

Leucy's can develop pigment spots as they age, so that's all I think it is. Do they look like they are flush against the skin or are they raised?

Looks like just freckles wouldn't worry about it! I think they're quite cute
