are these plants safe ?

well i was at my local hardware store and i was wonfering if these plants are safe to use (with fire bellie toads) plants are (zebra plant, fern, bamboo, arrowhead, and a type of palm dont remember what is was called.) so please help me i would love to get a list of safe plants that i could probily get from my local gardens
 
The problem with most plants they sell in shops is the plants are often treated with large doses of insecticides and fertilizers. All of those plants are, themselves, safe but if they are full of chemicals then it's not a good idea to use them with amphibians.

A better bet is to find a friend or neighbor that has a lot of houseplants and take some cuttings. Some (like pothos and wandering jew) are nearly indestructible and will root anywhere moist, just throw them in. Others, like arrowhead, you would need to root in water first, then plant them.
