Axie becoming white on the sides

Hi, My axolotle started having whitish stuff on its sides yesterday, it seems to be uniformly spread but i'm still concerned. It's nothing as bad as I've seem in the pictures here but I wonder if it will become worst. Nothing on the gills as yet

Could it be fungus, is it cotton wooly? If fungus start saltbaths 1 or 2 x per day, 2teaspoons per 2 litres in a separate container for no longer than 10minutes.

Or on the other hand, what sort of axie do you have, could it be colouration. A photo would prob help, if u can upload one.
