Axie lost limbs/swollen body

Axolotl has lost limbs and has skin coming off. Swollen lip (her feet appear swollen too) so that it juts out and she's not eating. She has been separated from her tank mate and fridged for 4 days, I'm going to get salt today to prepare a salt bath. She's been losing weight for about 2-3 months but still eating until a week ago. She's just begun to float at the top of her new tank, in the last couple of days.

Please get her to a vet, if at all possible. Urgently.
