Haha interesting question and sad to say I just follow the instructions on the package for indian almond leaves but from reading Keiko's mention that indian almond leaves instructions were intended for fish. I would try halfing the instructions if it worries you and see if it helps if you don't notice improvements in a couple of days, boost it to say 75% of the dosage? Mine says 1 leaf for every 25-30L
