Illness/Sickness: Axolotl curled its tail

Hi my name is Jordan and my axolotl has curled its tail and not sure what to do.
 
Do you know your water parameters (Ammonia/nitrite/nitrate)? Temperature?

Can you post a picture?
 
no i dont know the Ammonia/nitrite/nitrate but the temp is about 15-20 degres and i wll put up some pics
