Should we remove the decoration? We have had our axolotl for over two months now. It doesn’t really seem to ever want to go in the tube we got it. We thought it was too big so tried a smaller tube but he never went in it. We just got this large decoration pictured below to try out. Our axolotl either sits in front of it or on the sponge filter or behind it. He is never on the decoration we have in the tank. Should we just remove the decoration? Would he maybe like to swim more instead? We can put the tube back in since it’s much smaller. Feel like our axolotl is atypical!
