Axolotl has an injured leg

The other day one of my decorations that sticks to the tank fell off and I believe one of my males was underneath like he always is. I see a small cut/scrape on his front leg. Is there anything I could or should do for him?

Keep an eye on it and watch for infection. Keep his water in great shape. He should heal up just fine. If fungus or bacterial infections occur, treat them according. They are great at healing
