Axolotl has gone fat but not only its tummy

My axolotl has gone insanely large around the bottom of it's head and it's neck,but it's neck seems to have a large swelling from the inside, it legs are also very chunky. I cannot post any photos but anything is helpful, he is eating fine and swimming fine. It is also in the tank with another axolotl who is perfectly healthy and fine. Thanks

A photo is really needed Im sorry. You may need to get your axie to a vet. Can you tell us about the tank? What are the water parameters? are they on gravel?? Diet? Water temp???
