Ok So, I am having issues with my girlie named dream. Shes being tubbed currently due to a cycle crash, (Along with her husband/tankmate, they are being tubbed separately). A few minutes ago I did a physical check on her and her tankmate to ensure they were doing fine (Ya'know, checking for fungal/bacterial.) and saw shes a bit bloated and her chins slightly puffed out more than it should be.

Shes being tubbed with cold water, changes daily, and being fed a diet of earthworms (They both refuse to eat pellets so thats not an option.)
She is pooping and theres nothing in her tank that can be causing impaction. (We rinse the earthworms with spring water carefully)
They also both have cattappa leaves in their tubs.
Ive checked her belly and theres no air bubbles at all so im not worried about that one issue. But. The bloating is worrying, any help is appreciated <3

please provide photo.
although there is a possibility of her being gravid the swollen chin with bloating points to her having edema (fluid build up).
the edema can be caused by either osmotic fluid absorption or retention of fluid due to organ issues, there is also the possibility of infection.
a vet would be required to examine her to confirm.
housing in 100% holtfreters should draw some of the fluid out although the vet may recommend a stronger solution such as A.R.S. (amphibian ringers solution), ensure a balanced diet is fed including food sources containing vitamin A ie.. eyed food.. fish, shrimp etc.., vet may prescribe vitamin A gel capsules.
