Axolotl not eating

She looks ok but she suddenly stopped eating. She used to reliably eat bloodworms but then just stopped. I’ve now tried pellets and cut up earthworms, even blanched, but she’s still not eating. I’ve done full and partial water changes. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Just to add a little more, it’s been almost two weeks since the last normal feeding. Temps are reliably around 65f. Chemistry all looks good and there should be nothing in the tank she can swallow that’s not food.

sometimes axolotl go on food strike for no reason other than to panic its owner.
are there any signs of discomfort ie.. scratching gills, rubbing against rocks, arched back, front facing gills, hook tail end.
make sure sand is turned over regularly to prevent bad areas (any signs of digging)
what are the water parameters ie.. ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and if possible kh gh, reduce temperature if possible.
do you know when she last defecated.

Thank you! I hope you’re right. It’s very nerve wracking. No real stress signs. She did a little gulping of air so I put a fan over the top to get some movement and just installed a sponge filter to up the DO. Chemistry all looks good and temps are about max 64F. I always have difficulty finding her feces, I think she usually steps on the and spreads them before I find them. But I have found probably 2 in the past 2 weeks +.

I believe it is a female. Do you know how long that process could last? It’s been a while and I’m trying not to worry but I already am so just looking for a timeframe of when my worry is more justified. Thanks!
