Hello all,

I am a 7th grade life science teacher in Gainesville Florida. We have had axolotls of many morphs and bred them for many years. We are looking for experts and such to help with a 4 month science study of the axolotl including multiple disciplines of science combined through this one study. If you would like to become a resource or expert, please email me and let me know. I will update you in a few months to let you know about the comprehensive web page created by our students. I hope some of you from the outside world come and join us for this study of the ecology, evolutionary history, and conservation of this great creature.

Sincerely,
Randy

Randy, what a great idea! I'm always one for education of our young people! Count me in.

I live in Gainesville and I have a degree in evolutionary biology (and work at the science outreach center here at UF). I'd be happy to contribute in any way that I can. Just send me a private message here on the forums and I'll give you my work e-mail.

Sounds like an ambitious project ;)

If I can help in any way, let me know. This sounds like a very exciting and interesting project.

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring as well. I would love to be of some help if at all possible.

Sounds like fun! I'd love to try and help!
