Axolotl sickness

My axolotl has began to get cracks in the skin or white lines forming on its head. Its gills also look very strange. My axolotl has had 2 fungal infections in the past (one being very recent). Every since the first fungal infection its health has gotten worse. I have tried salt and tea baths before which have cured the fungal infections. Why is his skin going weird and how do I fix it? He has another tank mate which is absolutely fine, no problems at all.

is there anything sharp in the tank? they almost look like scars/wounds - otherwise if it doesn’t seem to be bothering him then it should be alright. something to monitor

There is a stone decoration in the tank that could be possibly be causing the problem. I will take it out just incase. Thanks for helping me out
