It looks like your axolotl is female, so maybe she isn't eating because she is reabsorbing eggs. If that is so, she should start eating soon. But the gills are a bit concerning. Do you have pictures of your other axolotl too?

As asked above, what are the water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, temperature)?

How big is the tank?

in fact i was worried before when problem started, because i think was the eggs, but now i see the gills differents, do more small, empty, not full...
the tank it's a 60 litres with filtres and plants, ph 7.5, kh 10 nitrite 0 nitrate less 50

at the moment the temperature 18-19 C°

i tried also to put she in cold water 4-6 C° for one week, but don't worked

the other yellow grow good and her gills have a good health, thick, filled....for this i don't know because the changes it's only for one

anyway we are almost the second month that she don't eating... but the biggest problem are her gills... i have also think she can be in Metamorphosis?

Metamorphis is rare, but if it happens, it happens, and there isn't anything you can do to stop it, I have been told.

Axolotls prefer nitrate under 40 ppm. I don't know if that would cause gill loss, but it would not hurt to do more water changes to keep the nitrate lower.

That tank is a bit small for 2 axolotls.

Are there any amphibian veterinarians you could bring the axolotl to?

Your golden axolotl is beautiful.
