Hi,
Just a quick one to ask when I should be getting worried my axie (Leon) isn't eating?
It's been a week now and he won't even snap at the food I offer! (I give them a mixture of pellets and earthworms).
My other axolotl (Atlas) is still eating (but not as much, he's usually very greedy). I've checked the water and all parameters are fine and I do regular water changes. But over the last couple of weeks it has been extremely hot in the UK and the tank water has been quite warm (about 18.C).
Shall I put a frozen bottle of water into the tank everyday? Or is this dangerous? What else can I do? The tank is not near the window and I've been keeping the curtains shut to try keep my room cool! What else could be causing them not to eat? I don't dare force feed!
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
